The studio

One planner. A small number of weddings each year. Every detail answered for.

Imogen Haynes plans and designs weddings for couples who want a celebration that feels entirely their own, in a setting that takes the breath away.

Every wedding is led personally from the first conversation to the final farewell. Imogen takes on a deliberately limited number of celebrations each season so that each couple has her full attention, her trusted suppliers abroad, and a single point of contact who knows every decision and the reason behind it.

From a London studio, she handles the venue, the design, the guests’ travel and the days around the wedding itself, so that you arrive as guests at your own celebration.

About Imogen

The approach

How a wedding comes together.

Imogen plans weddings from six to thirty six months ahead. The sequence below is the shape of almost every one.

  1. The first conversation

    Consultation

A private meeting in London or by video call to talk through the wedding you imagine, your guests, your timing and the places that draw you.

  2. Within two weeks

    Proposal

A written proposal setting out venues to consider, a design direction, an outline budget and the scope of planning. Once agreed, the date is secured with a retainer.

  3. The months that follow

    Design and suppliers

Venue visits together, then the design: florals, tableware, lighting, stationery, music. Every supplier is briefed, contracted and managed on your behalf.

  4. The final months

    Guests and production

Travel, accommodation, transfers and the welcome and farewell events around the wedding. Running orders, floor plans and contingency for weather.

  5. The celebration

On the day, and the days around it

Imogen and her team are on site from the first delivery to the last guest leaving, so that the only thing asked of you is to be present.

Discretion

Confidentiality is simply part of the service.

Many of the couples Imogen works with ask for a non-disclosure agreement, particularly those who live public lives or are public figures. That is never a problem.

Imogen arranges the agreements herself, so that privacy is settled before any planning begins and nothing about your wedding travels further than it should.

  • Imogen and her team

Sign your agreement before the first planning conversation.

  • Every supplier

NDAs are arranged with every supplier engaged on your wedding, from the venue to the florist.

  • Your guests

Where appropriate, guest agreements are prepared and handled quietly alongside the invitations.
