Questions
Common questions.
How is Imogen’s fee calculated?
Imogen’s fee is 13.5% of your total wedding budget and is included within it, not charged on top. On a budget of £250,000, for example, the fee is £33,750 and £216,250 remains for the wedding itself.
Is there a minimum budget?
Yes. Imogen works with couples whose total wedding budget is £100,000 or more. At that minimum, her fee is £13,500.
Where do you plan weddings?
In Italy, on Lake Como, Lake Garda and in Tuscany; in Portugal, around Lisbon and Sintra, on the Comporta coast and in the Douro Valley; and in Dubai.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. Many of Imogen’s clients require one, particularly those who live public lives. She arranges NDAs with every supplier and, where appropriate, with guests.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
Imogen plans weddings from six to thirty six months ahead. The earlier you get in touch, the wider the choice of venues and suppliers in the most popular months.
Where do we meet?
Your first consultation can take place at Imogen’s London studio or by video call, whichever suits you.
Can you recommend suppliers?
Yes. Imogen works with photographers, filmmakers, florists, musicians and others she trusts in each region. Some are listed on the recommended suppliers page.
